New Castagnari Melodeons

Our Castagnari melodeons have a 12 month warranty, covering parts and labour. Any rectification work will be carried out in the UK by our approved repairers except when the fault is structural requiring return to manufacturer.

Acorn Instruments can arrange collection and return of the instrument if you are unable to return the instrument to us or direct to repairer. Please note any damage, scratches or marks must be advised before the instrument is returned. We will not be responsible if this advice is not provided.

This warranty can be extended by a further 2 years (excluding Giordy) if the instrument is returned to our authorized repairer after 12 months for a service and tune, at the customers expense. This extended warranty only available to original purchaser.

Manfrini Accordions

Manfrini instruments are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defect and a further 3 years if returned to Manfrini Accordions for a free health check, 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes broken reeds and tuning.

Pre-Loved Instruments

Pre-loved instruments have a 12 month warranty, covering parts and labour. Any rectification work will be carried out by our approved repairer. Any transport costs are the customers responsibility.

All Instruments

Our warranty does not cover accidental damage or consequential damage as a result of misuse or accident.

Our warranty is invalid if any modification is made to the instrument by anyone other than our approved repairers with our written approval.
