Pete approached me with the opportunity after seeing me teach and play during the Winster Melodeon Playgroup in October 2017.
We are looking forward to working together and I am VERY EXCITED to have the opportunity to play such beautiful Castagnari instruments!
Paul has been a full time professional musician for 8 years.
He started on DG melodeon and by hard work and dedication has honed his skills to now be a very proficient player in DG and GC, covering French music and also plays BC button accordion.
Paul he is a well regarded, very experienced private tutor with pupils in England, Scotland, Italy, USA and Sweden with lessons carried out both in person or via the internet.
Paul is also a well respected band musician & caller with his own band,The New Fox Ceilidh Band and guest musician in several other bands including North Yorkhire based FiddlersWreck Ceilidh Band.
Not content with all that Paul is a solo performer, often singing with melodeon and guitar (not at the same time!) plus performing as a duo with fiddle player, Sarah Loughran. Paul was also previously a musician and dancer with Black Swan Rapper from York.
